I understand that this ticket is nonrefundable, non-transferable, weather dependent, required for all ages 3 & up, and valid for the 2025 Apple Acres season. I understand that Apple Acres can close at any time & without notice due to weather or other reasons. In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, Deal's Orchard may close attractions without notice.
